Wayne S. Reese, President
Heading the staff as president, Wayne has more than 37 years of experience with the firm. He purchased the company from E. Harold Munn, Jr. in 1992. Wayne's experience spans most phases of broadcast media. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tri-State University.
Chris Reese, Vice President
Chris Reese, wife of Wayne Reese, serves as the office manager and bookkeeper for the firm. She does everything from ordering supplies to keeping accounts. This busy lady even writes our paychecks...making her one of the more popular members of the staff!
Don Baad, Staff Engineer
Don has been with the firm since 1990. He handles AM, FM and TV studies. Don comes with a background of directional AM and high power FM systems. He is also skilled in matters dealing with adjustment and operation of station facilities. Don graduated from the University of Michigan.
Ed Trombley, Field Engineer
Ed started with the firm in 1994. Ed is an excellent trouble-shooting field engineer and is very knowledgeable in high power RF systems as well as AM directional arrays. He is known for fixing seemingly impossible problems. He attended Lake Superior State University.
Justin Asher, Spectum Engineer
Justin has worked with the firm since 1999. He handles AM, FM and FM non-commercial allocation studies as well as AM directional array pattern design. Justin's versatile skills make him an asset in the office as well as out in the field. Justin was educated at Wayne State University.
Rick Grzebik, Frequency Coordinator
Rick joined Munn-Reese in 2007. He brings an extensive experience in the maintenance of AM and FM broadcast systems. His primary responsibilities include microwave coordination, FCC Part 74 Licensing and Field Engineering. Rick is a second generation broadcast engineer and he is a graduate of Schoolcraft College in Livonia.

Midge the Office Dog
